Palladium-catalyzed oxidative deacetonative coupling of 4-aryl-2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ols with H-phosphonates.

چکیده

An efficient and generally applicable protocol for palladium-catalyzed oxidative deacetonative coupling of 4-aryl-2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ols with dialkyl H-phosphonates has been developed. This methodology provides a new and practical route to alkynylphosphonates using the inexpensive 4-aryl-2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ols as the alkyne sources. This reaction could also be performed with aryl bromides, 2-methyl-3-butyne-2-ol and dialkyl H-phosphonates using the cheap 2-methyl-3-butyne-2-ol as an alkyne source.

Palladium(II)-catalyzed othro-C-H-benzoxylation of 2-arylpyridines by oxidative coupling with aryl acylperoxides.

A palladium(II)-catalyzed ortho-benzoxylation of 2-arylpyridines with aryl acylperoxides was developed. With pyridyl as directing group, the benzoxylation reaction exhibits remarkable regioselectivity and excellent functional group tolerance, providing the products in up to 87% yield.

Palladium-Catalyzed α-Arylation of Benzylic Phosphonates

A new synthetic route to access diarylmethyl phosphonates is presented. The transformation enables the introduction of aromatic groups on benzylic phosphonates via a deprotonative cross-coupling process (DCCP). The Pd(OAc)2/CataCXium A-based catalyst afforded a reaction between benzyl diisopropyl phosphonate derivatives and aryl bromides in good to excellent isolated yields (64-92%).
